2019 DAKOTA SHY CABERNET SAUVIGNON T-E-N

TASTING NOTES

Dark chocolate, plum compote, black licorice aromas. Very textured, silky, almost unctuous in the mouth finishing with very balanced fine-grained tannins and bright acidity balancing the richness. Baking cocoa, cherry and range of herb and spice notes fold seamlessly providing a long and complex Cabernet that remains delicious and compelling on the finish. Drink now through 2040.

T-E-N

The T-E-N Cabernet Sauvignon is a blend of our valley floor vineyard sites. We look to the valley floor for plush texture and fruit – and that is clearly evident in the 2019 T-E-N.
