Beautiful aromas of violets, black currant, cedar, tobacco, cocoa, baking spice and a compelling wet stone note. Rich, concentrated and powerful in the mouth with a penetrating core of dark fruit, spice cake, bittersweet chocolate and cocoa nib. Classic framework with a fine-grained tannin, bright acidity and finishing with wonderful fig paste, licorice and black currant. This is an exceptional vintage for the Moulds vineyard – a delicious and distinctive wine.

Complex flavors carry through on the palate where the texture turns velvety and finishes with intriguing notes of dried herbs and citrus rind. A remarkable TEN – leads with dark berry, dried fig, stone and spice notes. Big and powerful in the mouth with a huge dense core of dried cherry, liquid stone, fig compote, cocoa, mineral and spice all framed by beautiful tannins. Powerful and intense but also intricate and layered. Really impressive. This vintage of the TEN will improve with some years in the cellar – or 3-4 hours in the decanter prior to serving.
